This web page will pass on our experience of railway travel in Europe using Interrail passes.
Other web sites are available that give an excellent level of detail into all elements of railway travel, but this site is designed to be simple, taking readers through the “obvious” and not so apparent.
All the suggestions and tips put forwards are our own and reflect where we have got it right, and where we have learnt lessons, along with mitigations.
Yes, we are old codgers, but this site may also be helpful for solo travellers, younger people and families.
